How To Farm Any Warframe

Mag warframe

Intro

This is the first post on how to farm any warframe.
It has all the non-prime versions of Warframes and how to get them.
In this post, we’ll refer to the regular changes for obtaining the Chassis,Neuroptics and Systems Blueprint as in this table :

To help you understand what planets you need to clear in order to farm the warframes ,I have included the
Warframe Star Chart.

Ash

Ash is the assassinator ninja with stealth, teleport and launching spinning blade abilities.
You can farm Ash’s component blueprints from the Grineer Manics upon his death.
Manic will only spawn if the level’s alarm is active, best guaranteed scenario that he’ll spawn is
after opening the door to the first Med Booster in any of these:
• Memphis on Phobos(10-12 minutes from door opening)
• Caracol on Saturn (6-8 minutes from door opening)
• Yursa on Neptune (5-6 minutes from door opening)
or by doing a Defection mission.

Other not guaranteed scenarios are after 14 to 16 minutes in any Grineer Survival mission,
after about 5 Excavators in any Grineer Excavation mission and also After completing the A Man of Few Words quest.

Manics have around 33 chance to drop a component of Ash blueprint.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Atlas

Atlas has one of the strongest armors in the game 450 (3’rd strongest) but a slow movement of 0.9.
Atlas’s blueprint is granted after completing The Jordas Precept Quest and the remaining component blueprints
will come from Assassinating in Jordas Golem an Archwing mission on Eris.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Cephalon Simaris also sells the Atlas’s main blueprint for 100,000 standing but you still need to complete the
Jordas Precept Quest to buy it.

Banshee

Acoustic powers enable Banshee to pinpoint enemy positions and weak spots, suppress gunfire sounds in
her surrounding environment, and even emit trembling vibrations to topple her foes.

Banshee’s blueprint can be researched in the Tenno Research Lab in the Clan Dojo.
The main blueprint costs 35,000 credits and the other blueprint components cost 15,000 credits each.

Baruuk

Baruuk, the reluctant warrior has Serene Storm ability that delivers powerful radial strikes with his fists and feet.
Each moment commanding the storm restores his restraint.

Baruuk’s blueprints can only be acquired by purchasing from Little Duck (at Agent rank) using Vox Solaris standing.
The other blueprint components require Hand rank and cost 5,000 standing each.

Chroma

An ancient legend, master of the elements has good armor and has a great defense and attack abilities.
The player can change Chroma’s abilities elemental attribute by customizing Chroma’s primary emission color.
You do this from Arsenal ->Appearance–>Colors
The icon is next to his energy color displays Chroma’s active element.

Elements color and damage type:
Heat: red, magenta, brown, orange and bright yellow hues
Electric: blue and purple hues
Toxin: green, lime, teal and dark yellow hues
Cold: white, grey, black, and some faded colors

Chroma’s main blueprint is rewarded upon completion of the quest The New Strange.
The component blueprints are awarded by completing Junctions.
Completing the Uranus Junction grants the Neuroptics,
Chassis comes from Neptune Junction and
Systems blueprint from the Pluto Junction.

For building this Warframe you’ll also need some other Warframes components:
•  Main blueprint manufacturing requires Volt Neuroptics + other resources
•  Neuroptics manufacturing requires Ember Neuroptics + other resources
•  Chassis manufacturing requires Frost Chassis + other resources
•  Systems manufacturing requires Saryn Systems + other resources

Additional blueprints can be obtained from Cephalon Simaris.

Ember

Ember has destructive and deadly fire abilities as the Fire Blast that Slam the ground to create a wave of incinerating plasma that knocks back enemies and strips their armor or Inferno that crushes enemies with a fire that can spread through their ranks.

Ember’s component blueprints are farmed from killing General Sargas Ruk in Tethys, Saturn.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Equinox

Shifting between two forms of day and night temporarily gaining bonus shields and armor in Night-Form, or bonus damage and speed in Day-Form.

To craft Equinox in the foundry you need a double set of blueprints,
Equinox Night Aspect (4 blueprints) and Equinox Day Aspect(4 blueprints), each requires its respective Neuroptics, Chassis, and System. Equinox’s main blueprint is bought in the market.
You farm the components blueprints by defeating Tyl Regor at Titania,Uranus.

Excalibur

The default Warframe you get when you start playing the game.
A good combination of attack and defense abilities, gun and melee.

Excalibur’s component blueprints are acquired from Lieutenant Lech Kril at War, Mars.

Frost

This Warframe has freeze enemies abilities and the great defensive Snow Globe ability that
Gives a 5-time health armor protective sphere.

You can farm Frost blueprint by killing Lieutenant Lech Kril & Captain Vor at Exta, Ceres.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Gara

Gara sunders her foes with adamantine shards, reflects enemy attacks through enchanted mirrors,
and reshapes the landscape with molten crystal.

Farming Gara’s main blueprint is upon completion of the Saya’s Vigil quest.
Additional blueprints can be obtained from Cephalon Simaris for 100k standing.
The other component blueprints are acquired from doing Bounties in the Plains of Eidolon.
The Chassis has a drop chance of 7.52-30.56 ,
Neuroptics Blueprint 8.42-20.51 and
Systems Blueprint 9.52-21.82 .
It all depends on the stage, the higher the better.

Garuda

We can call Garuda the blood queen because many of her abilities are related to blood.
The less Health that Garuda has, the more damage she inflicts.
She can gains up to 100 additional damage bonus for her abilities and weapons the closer she is to death.

Garuda’s main blueprintis farmed upon completion of the Vox Solaris quest.
The other component blueprints are acquired from doing Orb Vallis Bounties at Fortuna ,Venus.

Gauss

The runner Wraframe with supersonic speed using his battery.
Whenever you need speed this is one of the best Wraframes to pick.

Farming Gauss is by doing the disruption mission on Kelpie, Sedna.
The Chassis / Neuroptics/ Systems Blueprint can come from Tier C reward with a 7.84 drop chance for each component.

Grendel

This warframe is about power, damage, and strength.
Grendel adds toxin damage to all of his abilities.
Grendel slowly digests the enemies he swallows via Feast.
For each enemy still alive in his belly, Grendel passively gains 50 Armor points.

You can farm Grendel by completing certain missions on Europa using Locators.
Obtaining Locators is from the Arbitration Honors (Arbiters of Hexis) with Vitus Essence,
a special resource that only appears on Arbitrations as an end of mission reward.

A Locator will unlock the unique mission associated with it, which guarantees the associated Grendel component as a reward.
These missions will have level 40-45 enemies.

But farming Grendel is only for late-game stages because, In order to access Arbitrations,
players must have completed all nodes on the connected Star Chart,
including Dark Sectors, Lua and the Kuva Fortress, as well as the lone nodes of the Orokin Derelict.

•Grendel’s Neuroptics Locator unlocks the Archaeo-freighter, a 20-minute Survival mission.
•Grendel’s Chassis Locator unlocks the Icefields of Riddah, a 15-wave Defense mission.
•Grendel’s Systems Locator unlocks the Mine of Karishh, an Excavation mission where players have to collect 800 Cryotic.

The main blueprint can be purchased from the market for 35,000 Credits.

Harrow

This warframe has some nice shield and damage abilities, like Covenant
That absorbs all damage and converts it to a Critical Chance bonus for all those under the Covenant
Or Condemn which casts a wave of energy that chains them where they stand and reinforces Harrow’s shields.
Harrow possesses 200 Overshields capacity, granting him a maximum of 2,400 Overshields.

Farming Harrow’s main blueprint is after completion of the Chains of Harrow quest.
You can buy additional main blueprints from Cephalon Simaris for 100k standing.
The Chassis blueprint is acquired from Void Fissure enemies,
The Neuroptics blueprint can be found from Rotation C vault on Pago, Kuva Fortress,
and the Systems blueprint are rewarded from Defection missions on Rotations B and C

Hildryn

This warframe don’t use energy at all, but shields instead.
All of Hildryn abilities drain power from her shields and slash and toxin damage can’t bypass her shields to reduce health.
Her first ability,Balefire Charge and launch devastating bolts of fire with up to 500 electricity damage per bolt.

You can buy Hildryn’s blueprint from Little Duck for 5,000 standing when reaching the rank of Agent with Vox Solaris.
The component blueprints are drops from the Exploiter Orb and have regular changes values.

Hydroid

This warframe uses water and liquid abilities to inflict damage to enemies.
Hydroid’s melee slam attacks have a 50 chance to spawn a Tentacle that lasts for 15 seconds

To farm Hydroid’s component blueprints you need to defeat Councilor Vay Hek (Oro, Earth) which requires Mastery Rank 5 to play the mission.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Inaros

Inaros has no shield but a large health pool instead.
It starts with a health of 550 and goes up to 2200 at rank 30.
Inaros has no Bleedout state as other warfarmes has, but can revive from his sarcophagus using
Enemies siphon life or allies.
Most of his abilities drain health and steal life.

Farming the main and component blueprints for Inaros is by completing the Sands of Inaros quest.
The quest blueprint should be purchasable from Baro Ki’Teer for 100 Ducats and 25k Credits.
Additional blueprints are available Cephalon Simaris for 50k/100k standing(component/main).

Ivara

The hunter’s Warframe with Prowl ability that makes her invisible and can steal loot from unsuspecting enemies or take out prey with deadly headshots. Ivara also has Artemis Bow, her 4’th ability, which summon a mighty bow and unleash a volley of devastating arrows.

To farm Ivara’s main and component blueprints you need to do Spy missions.
The parts will come from Rotation C, thus require three successful data extractions to be an eligible reward for the mission.

Khora

Khora’s ferocious Kavat, Venari, fights alongside her with steadfast zeal.
Venari is an exclusive Companion for the Khora Warframe, integrated as her signature passive ability.
Venari will spawn beside Khora when the player first enters a mission, as a permanent companion that lasts until killed.

Khora’s main and component blueprints are acquired from Sanctuary Onslaught missions.
Every two stages is a rotation, following the standard A-A-B-C pattern for rewards (every 5 min/5 rounds/ 5 excavation…).

Limbo

Limbo has access to the Rift plane, an alternate dimension to the normal environment, or a material plane.
By performing a Roll (default Shift ), a Sidespring (A  or D  + Shift ), or a Backspring (RMB  + S  + Shift ),
Limbo slides into and out of the Rift plane at will.

Framing Limbo’s Component blueprints is by completing The Limbo Theorem quest.
An Archwing is required to begin the quest’s missions.
Additional Component blueprints are available from Cephalon Simaris for 50k standing.

Loki

Loki’s abilities are all about manipulation.
With Decoy Loki deploys a holographic copy of himself, drawing enemy fire,
Invisibility makes him invisible to enemies for a short time, with Switch Teleport
Loki instantaneously swaps positions with a target, confusing the enemy.
Loki’s 4’th ability, Radial Disarm, sends a wave of energy, disrupting the projectile weapons of
enemies in range and forcing them to revert to melee combat.

Loki’s component blueprints are farmed from Hyena Pack the final bosses of Neptune, at Psamathe, Neptune.

Mag

Mag uses here magnetic force to boast her powers or to inflict damage.
She has a good crowd control (C.C) abilities like Polarize that depletes enemy shields and armor while
Restoring Alie’s shields or Crush which Magnetizes the bones of nearby enemies in a range up to 1500 damage.

To farm Mag’s component blueprints you need to defeat The Sergeant, the final boss of Phobos system at Iliad.
Mag can also be bought from Teshin in the Conclave for ‍60k standing once the player has reached Typhoon rank.

Mesa

Mesa has improved proficiency with secondary weapons and gains a health bonus at the expense of not having a melee weapon equipped. The following are passive bonuses available to Mesa:
+15 fire rate with dual-wielded sidearms.
+25 reload speed for one-handed sidearms.
+50 health when no melee weapon is equipped

With her well-known Peacemaker ability, she draws her pistols to shoot with a damage bonus of 150
Plus a 7.5 damage bonus per burst.

Farming for Mesa’s component blueprints is by Assassinating in Mutalist Alad V at Eris.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Mirage

Mirage has increased proficiency when performing several Maneuvers.
Sliding last 85 longer, +50 faster Maneuver speed.

Among her abilities are, Hall of Mirrors, Mirage creates an entourage of doppelgangers to confuse and distract the enemy
And Prism which fires an energy prism that shoots lasers in all directions.

Farming for Mirage Component blueprints is by completing the missions for the Hidden Messages quest.
Additional Component blueprints are available from Cephalon Simaris for 50k standing.

Nekros

A master of death, Nekros regenerates 5 points of Health any time an enemy dies within 10 meters of him.
Known for his great ability Desecrate which forces fallen enemies around you to drop additional loot.
Therefore used as the main farming warframe in the game to obtain more resources.
Comes with 300 health and 270 shield at rank 30.
Using the augment mod Despoil allows Nekros to consume health instead of energy to cast Desecrate, as low as 10 health points per corpse.
With his 4’th ability,Shadows Of The Dead, Nekros summons shadow versions of vanquished enemies to fight alongside you for a short period of time.

Nekros’s component blueprints are farmed by Assassinating Lephantis at Orokin Derelict.
All Components blueprint has a 33.33 change value to drop.

Nezha

Nezha slides 60 faster and goes 35 farther.

Nezha’s blueprint can be purchased from the Tenno Research Lab interface in the Clan Dojo once it has been researched.
It costs 35,000 credits to replicate the main blueprint and 15,000 credits for each component blueprint.

Nidus

This warframe has unique Infestation abilities that shown with Mutation counter and gauge on the HUD to
Show the status of his Mutation Stacks.

Abilities like Larva that Spawn an Infested pod, Parasitic Link to Bind to a target with parasitic link or Ravenous which gluttonous maggots swarm nearby enemies, feasting until they burst with Infestation.

You farm Nidus’s main blueprint by doing The Glast Gambit quest.
The other components blueprints come from Rotation C of Infested Salvage at Oestrus, Eris.

Nova

The high tech Warframe comes with a low shield, low armor, and low defensive abilities but she has some powerful offensive abilities.
Nova passive ability, when knocked down, is to emit a neutron burst that knocks down and damages enemies in a 6-meter radius.

You can farm Nova’s component blueprints from Raptors at Naamah, Europa.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Nyx

The psychic themed Warframe has a passive ability for enemies to be 20 less accurate when targeting him.
Active abilities are Mind Control-confusing enemies and making them fight for the Tenno,
Psychic Bolts-Nyx launches a cluster of force bolts at enemies to strip some enemy defenses
,Chaos– Nyx causes mass hysteria on the battlefield by confusing all enemies to attack random factions
,Absorb -Nyx absorbs all incoming damage and channels that collected energy

You can farm Nyx’s component blueprints from Phorid assassination missions (Infested Boss) during an Infested Invasion.

Oberon


With Oberon Allied Kubrows and Kavats receive +25 Health, Shield and Armor links.
Tenno’s Kubrow or Kavat receives 1 instant revive per mission.
Among his abilities are Renewal that sends Healing waves to his allies, regenerating health over time
And Reckoning with a chance to spawn a Health Spheres from enemies.

Oberon’s component blueprints are farmed from Eximus unit with 1 chance to drop a component blueprint.
Components blueprint has regular changes values..
So, Chassis Blueprint chances are 38.72 * 1 from Eximus unit.

Octavia

The musical warframe which entice enemies with musical instruments that inflict melodic maladies, as the Tenno chorus synchronize their rhythm to sound the drums of war.

To farm Octavia’s main blueprint you need to complete the Octavia’s Anthem quest.
The Chassis blueprint is rewarded from the Lua music puzzle.
The Neuroptics blueprint is rewarded with 22.56 drop Chance from Rotation C of Orokin Derelict Survival.
The Systems blueprint can be found with 22.56 drop Chance in the A Rotation Cache of Lua Crossfire exterminate missions.

Revenant

Harnessing the essence of Eidolons, Revenant interacts and possesses unique advantages against spectral-type Sentients which presides in the Plains of Eidolon.
When his Shield depletes, Revenant emits a radial blast that knocks down nearby enemies

You farm Revenant’s main blueprint by completing the Mask of the Revenant quest.
The quest is unlocked after reaching the rank of Observer with The Quills.
Revenant’s component blueprints are acquired from Bounties, drop chances for the components depends on Bounties level and range from 6.76 to 20.51 .

Rhino

Rhino is a heavily armored Warframe one of the best Warframes to complete the game alone.
Great health (300), shield (450) and armor (190) at level 30.
A tanky Warframe that you can farm in the early stages of the game and will serve you well also in late stages.
Comes with very good defense and offense abilities:
Rhino Charge- Rhino charges towards a target, clobbering any in his path and goring his victim.
Iron Skin– Rhino hardens his skin with an armor multiplier based on health.
This can easily become armor of a few thousands by using mods and augments.
Upon activation, Iron Skin is invulnerable for 3 seconds and all incoming damage that is absorbed during this invulnerability period is converted into health and added to the buffer’s health.
In this time Rhino becomes immune to damage and status effects.
Roar– grants all nearby Warframes increased damage for a short duration.
Rhino Stomp– Rhino stomps with force sufficient to disrupt time, tumbling enemies around him in stasis

Rhino’s component blueprints are acquired from Jackal at Fossa, Venus and you can buy the main blueprint from the market.

Saryn

The contagious spores warframe.
Status effects inflicted by Saryn’s weapons and abilities last 25 longer.
Has some useful abilities like:
Molt– Shedding her skin like a snake, Saryn leaves a decoy behind to draw fire from enemies.
Toxic Lash-attacks deal additional Toxin damage and this effect is doubled for melee strikes.
Miasma– which Releases a poisonous miasma that deals Viral damage to enemies in range.

You farm Saryn’s component blueprints from the Boss Kela De Thaym at Merrow, Sedna.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Titania

Titania passively possesses +25 Bullet Jump and Rolling distance
Among her abilities are:
Tribute– extract an offering from an enemy in the form of a random Ability Buff.
Razorwing- shrink down and take flight, while razorflies attack nearby enemies

You farm Titania’s main and component blueprints by completing The Silver Grove quest.
The quest is obtained from the New Loka leader at any relay.

Trinity

This is more of a support-based Warframe that comes with a very low armor of 15.
Trinity can revive fallen allies 20 faster.
Abilities:
Well Of Life– Create a well of life on an enemy to give Allies more health.
Energy Vampire– Allies gain energy over time from enemies
Link– Any damage taken while Link is active will be channeled to a nearby enemy
Blessing– Restore the health and shields of allies within Trinity’s Affinity aura while giving them some damage resistance.

You farm Trinity’s component blueprints from Ambulas at Hades, Pluto.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Valkyr

Valkyr is a berserker-themed Warframe.
She’s able to recover from knockdown 50 faster and is immune to Hard Landings.
Most of her abilities are with rage and fury like
Paralysis -Valkyr unleashes her shields, stunning and damaging enemies around her
Hysteria– Valkyr is imbued with energy and becomes a ball of vicious rage, capable of unleashing a torrent of deadly claw attacks on
unsuspecting foes

You farm Valkyr’s component blueprints from the boss Alad V at Themisto, Jupiter.
Components blueprint has regular changes values.

Vauban

Vauban inflicts 25 extra damage with his weapons and abilities, against enemies that are incapacitated and unable to move.
The component Blueprints can be bought from the Nightwave Cred Offerings for 25 creds each (75 creds total).

Volt

A versatile Warframe with armed with powerful abilities.
Highly effective against the Corpus units because of his electrical abilities.
For every 1 meter traveled, Volt gains 5 points of electricity damage accumulating to a maximum of 1000 bonus damage.

Volt’s blueprint can be researched in the Tenno Research Lab in the Clan Dojo once.
It costs 35k credits to replicate the main blueprint and 15k credits for each component blueprint.

Wisp

Wisp weaves between dimensions whilst she is airborne, gaining a cloak that renders her and her Companions completely invisible to enemies until she lands or fires a weapon.

You can farm wisp main and components blueprint from defeating the Ropalolyst on Jupiter.
The drop chances for the Main blueprint are 22.56 and 25.81 for the components blueprint.

Wukong

I really like the re-work that DE did for Wukong, it’s now a better and powerful Warframe.
Wukong will be randomly allowed 3 out of 5 techniques to avoid death.
3 of these techniques per mission to avoid death 3 times.
Each technique will make Wukong avoid entering bleedout upon taking fatal damage, invulnerable for 2 seconds, restore 50 health, and provide a unique buff.

His first ability, Celestial Twin, creates a twin to fight by his side.
It’s a powerful specter that can get as twice of Wukong’s health and really helpful if you need assistance instead of the regular specters.
Defy– Wukong and his twin become invulnerable and defy enemies to attack.
All damage is captured, stored, and dealt back in a single furious strike of Wukong’s staff and also gives a bonus Armor.
Primal Fury-summon the Iron Staff and unleash fury.
the staff will grow with each hit to increase the radius effect.

Wukong’s blueprint can be researched in the Tenno Research Lab in the Clan Dojo once.
It costs 35k credits to replicate the main blueprint and 15k credits for each component blueprint.

Zephyr

Zephyr is significantly lighter in comparison to other Warframes, dramatically altering her airborne physics.
Specifically, she descends slower and has improved aerodynamics which can be used to control her midair movement with greater ease and agility.

Zephyr’s blueprint can be researched in the Tenno Research Lab in the Clan Dojo once.
It costs 35k credits to replicate the main blueprint and 15k credits for each component blueprint.

Farm By Location
